Pendry Residences Tampa, a planned luxury hotel and residential tower in downtown Tampa, has exceeded a record-breaking $200 million in residential sales.
“This significant sales milestone is yet another indication that we have found the right opportunity in Tampa,” said Two Roads Development Managing Partner Reid Boren.
Pendry Residences Tampa has begun construction on its luxury condo tower along the downtown Tampa Riverwalk.
Together, the units will bring more than $160 million in value to the city, offering modern designed homes ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces. Units start at $1.175 million. Penthouses will be available atop the tower.
Residents will have access to hotel services and amenities, including dedicated staff.
