The collaboration brings together Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Clique Hospitality, a group known for high-energy concepts in Las Vegas, San Diego, Newport Beach and Chicago.

The two companies have worked together in several cities with strong results. Pendry Tampa will be their first shared project in Florida.

Pendry Residences Tampa, a luxury hotel and residential tower being built in downtown Tampa, has residential sales now exceeding $200 million.

Pendry Residences will offer homeowners a private residential lobby, elevator and rooftop pool. Residents will have full access to hotel services and amenities, including a dedicated residential staff.

Pendry Residences Tampa has begun construction of the condominium tower in downtown Tampa’s Riverwalk.

Pendry Residences Tampa will offer fully serviced living with modern-designed homes ranging from one to three bedrooms featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces, starting from $1,175,000, as well as several penthouse residences on the top floors of the tower.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Two Roads Development, have announced plans for Pendry Tampa, a hotel and residential development on Tampa’s Riverwalk.
