Construction has topped out at Pendry Residences Tampa, a 38-storey luxury hotel and condominium tower under development along downtown Tampa’s Riverwalk.
Coastal Construction Company, the project’s contractor, announced the milestone, crediting its construction team and trade partners for bringing the tower to its full height. The development by Two Roads Development will include 220 luxury hotel rooms on the first 14 floors and 200 condominiums on floors 15 through 38.
