Pendry to Create a Contemporary Urban Oasis in the Heart of the Tampa Riverwalk

ORANGE COUNTY, CALIF. (November 10, 2021) – Pendry Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Two Roads Development and today announced plans for Pendry Tampa, a hotel and residential development in the center of the dynamic Tampa Riverwalk. The newest Pendry property will include 220 guestrooms and 207 Pendry Residences. Pendry Tampa will be ideally situated in the epicenter of the city’s acclaimed downtown Riverwalk, a 2.4-mile-long waterfront pathway that links the neighborhood’s vibrant cultural and entertainment attractions along the Tampa waterfront.
